1. Introduction
Krisomika Retail Private Limited ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal information submitted through this website, in line with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, as applicable.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly when you fill in a form on this Website, such as the franchise enquiry form, the contact form or the careers application form:
- Identity & contact details — full name, mobile number, email address, city and state;
- Franchise-specific details — preferred store size, investment budget, whether a property is available, current occupation, and business experience, where you choose to share them;
- Job application details — if you apply through the Careers page: your name, email, mobile number, current city, experience, current or last employer, LinkedIn or portfolio link, any note you write, and the résumé file you upload (a résumé may contain further personal details such as your education, work history and photograph);
- Your message — anything you type into a free-text field or into our live chat;
- Technical & usage data — device type, browser, the page you landed on, referring website, and campaign parameters (UTM tags), captured automatically to help us understand and respond to enquiries appropriately;
- IP address — logged for security and abuse-prevention purposes (for example, rate-limiting and spam detection).
We do not knowingly collect financial account numbers, government ID numbers, or other sensitive personal data through this Website's forms. Please do not include such information in the free-text message field.

5. Data Retention
We retain enquiry and lead data for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your enquiry, maintain business records, and meet legal, accounting, or reporting obligations. If you would like your data deleted sooner, see Section 7 below.
Job applications and résumés are kept for as long as we need them to consider you for the role you applied for and for other suitable openings. You can ask us to delete your application and résumé at any time by writing to careers@krisomikaretail.com.
6. Data Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect the personal data we hold, including rate-limiting on form submissions, restricted admin access, and secure storage practices. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
