Royalty is nil for the first 6 months after store opening. After that it is 3 percent of gross monthly sales, charged only in months where sales reach ₹8 lakh.
How long is the agreement?
The term is 5 years and renewal is free of cost. There is a 1-year lock-in after store opening and a 30-day termination notice.
